Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately returns and exchanges are not allowed due to safety and hygiene reasons.

However you may write in to us to request for replacement item(s) should you encounter any issue with your order such as:

1. Damaged product due to delivery,

2. Wrong item or missing item in order (with an exception of receiving an extra item in order).

Pine & Co will take 2-3 working days to investigate the issue and in some cases may require you to return the disputed item(s) in their original state during the delivery of the replacement item(s) or show prove of disposal, according to Pine & Co's instructions.
